Heather’s commitment to her clients and has earned her the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) Designation—a professional certification that is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)—to help that those responsible for managing or advising on investor assets have a fundamental understanding of the principles of fiduciary duty, the standards of conduct for acting as a fiduciary, and a process for carrying out fiduciary responsibility. Less than 10% of all financial advisors in the U.S. have earned this designation.
Heather is the Edmonds Branch Director and the primary member of the Krause & Thorpe Wealth Management Team. Heather has consistently served on Board of Directors, most recently with the Edmonds Senior Center, RBC Women's Association of Financial Advisors, and the Advisory Council for Boyer Children's Clinic. She is a member of the firm's Consulting Group, an exclusive group of advisors recognized for building consultative wealth management businesses--personalized wealth management advice and solutions to help accomplish client wealth management goals. Heather has passed the Series 7, 66, 9 and 10 exams and holds her Annuity, Life, Health and Long Term Care insurance licenses.
Born and raised in Seattle, Heather graduated from Franklin High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Lafayette College, and a Master of Science degree in aeronautics & astronautics from the University of Washington. She is a former coxswain on the U.S. National Rowing Team and enjoys traveling, running, skiing, golfing and skeet shooting. She has lived in the Ballard area of Seattle since 1995 with her husband and two children.

Pat has served on the Washington State Financial Advisory Committee and as President of both the Edmonds Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Edmonds. She earned both her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees from the University of Southern California. Pat has passed the Series 7, 63, 65, 9 and 10 exams and holds the Annuity, Life, Health and Long Term Care insurance licenses.
Now living in the Sunset Hill area of Seattle, Pat remains active in the Rotary Club of Edmonds and supporter of the Edmond's Arts Commission Write On The Sound. She enjoys spending time with her two children and three grandchildren, working in her garden, walking and traveling.
Associate Vice President - Financial Advisor
Natasha joins us as a veteran of the wireless industry with over 25 years experience. She is a graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration. Natasha has passed the Series 7 and 66 exams and holds her Life, Health and Long Term Care insurance licenses.
A transplant from New York, Natasha resides in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle with her husband and two children. She has a passion for cooking and entertaining her family and friends. She likes to volunteer at her children's school, play tennis, ski, is an avid boater, and enjoys all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
Associate Vice President, Senior Financial Associate
Cherie brings an incredible depth of financial knowledge from her nearly three decades of industry experience, the last seven here at RBC Wealth Management. Cherie will focus on broader client strategies and following up on client meetings and requests.
A seasoned traveler, Cherie approaches travel with a spirit of wonder, savoring each country’s unique culture. She delights in swapping favorite destinations and “must see” lists with friends and clients. Cherie also loves to explore museums and has a love of horses, instilled in her from childhood. Eager to give back to her community, Cherie tutors academically challenged second–fifth grade students in a structured volunteer program.
Cherie earned two Associates of Art degrees, one in business administration and the other in marketing, both from Bellevue College. She passed the Series 7, 63 and 65 exams and holds Washington state life and disability insurance licenses.
Investment Associate
A Seattle native, Natalie joins us as a recent graduate of the Michael G. Foster School of Business, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. She is entering her 6th year in the industry, working her way up through various administrative roles that have given her a well-rounded introduction to Wealth Management.
In her free time, Natalie enjoys trying new restaurants around the city, spending time on Lake Washington, and exploring the natural beauty of the greater Pacific Northwest. Her Persian cat, Max, is her most trusted companion and loves to join her outside.
She passed the Series 7 and 66 exams.
Senior Registered Client Associate
Jo has been a client associate with Heather and Pat since 2010, and with RBC Wealth Management since 1996. Jo previously was in the U.S. Army and attended the University of Maryland, Munich, Germany campus. She is passionately active with Special Olympics.
A Pacific Northwest native, Jo and her husband have resided in Edmonds since 1987. She enjoys volksmarching, cycling, hiking and spending time with her two daughters, son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren.
